Steady, Reset, WHORE!

December 21, 2008

I think my blogskin look better like this than the previous one. (well, actually all the blogskin looks like crap). Just recovered from food poisoning. Well, trust me, food poisoning is the last thing you want to think about when you are performing. Imagine feeling the urge to let go of those nuclear waste in the middle of performing. People might mistake your shitface expression for deep passion in your performance.

But seriously, it’s the most painful feeling my stomach has ever handle. (hmm, wonder if that is how cramps feel like.) Anyways, i’m all better now. At least, that is what I would like to think of. Other than the occasionals stomachaches, holidays sucks. I would start referring to projects as the “P” word. It is taboo in my vocab dictionary.

Hoping school would start fast so that once all the projects have ended, I can start doing stuff I never did before……..

Last night was such as an awesome night. Went to catch Act Deux’s show to support Danial. Loads of hot chicks there. And surprise surprise, met Nadira with her soccer girls there. And I must say her friend, Sabrina, looks cute. I took the liberty to shamelessly say hi to her and she was shocked a bit, then she said hi back. I was like <insert synonyms for overly happy>.

Anyways, the turnout was not bad. Quite a lot of people. Young, old, Singaporeans, non-Singaporeans. Their set was awesome. Played 6 songs and danial, if you are reading this, please upload that La Dance sumting sumting Intermission dat one or Get You Back on Act Deux’s myspace. Those songs rock! I love how they dance and play their instruments. So cool.

Although there were some minor cockups, but who’s counting??! Its not as if NYPPE and other bands never cock up before. Their energy was great. I was there mini dancing, lip-synching their songs, and headbanging to their last song. Starfire. No, its not something random and no, it’s not the alien girl from Teen Titans. Its the title of the last song. Lol.

Hoping to see them next Saturday again at Haji Lane and looking forward to it. Peace!

Yesterday was our 4e4s bbq gathering. Well, technically more like 3/4e4 gathering cause of the turnout. Met Yee Meng first and then went to JZ’s aka Troll (lol!) house aka Cavern (lolx2!) at Yishun. Waited for Lester and gang to arrive. Was so surprised to see Lester driving an Estima. That guy is da BOMB la. So fast get license. Anyways, we hung out at JZ’s room while waiting for the rest to arrive. It was such a wonderful sight to see my fellow secondary schoolmates again after all these time. We played darts and i swear someone also took my head off with a powerful dart throw. THAT incident like totally tingle my balls. So scared la!

When everyone had arrived, we went downstairs to the bbq pit. Did i mention that his house is a private house?? Lester, Yee Meng and RX were our chefs of cancerous food for the day. Haha. I tried to help them bbq some of the food but was always distracted. Or was I just too lazy to cook?? AND MICHELLE WAS THERE! I thought she never come lor. Jessie told me she was not going to come. Was so glad she came. Haha. So long never disturb her and talk to her.

Bbq dinner was great. Had long conversations. Laughter after laughter. The most fun and happy i’ve ever felt ever since i step into darn NYP (well its not darn cuz of the HOT CHICKS). After bbq, went back up to PARTY! well, not really. We just blast hip hop and dance music. Quite boring anyways. Played hotel626. I swear JZ’s internet was so damn friggin’ slow i felt like jumping down from his 2nd floor room. Michelle was so scared. She was like covering her eyes and stuff. Lester scared the living daylights of JZ’s younger brother, which was so funny la. Kids, kids.

All of us then decided to go to OCC to play pool, which was by far the funniest pool game ever. Haziq’s lame comments during gameply cracked all of us up. My throat hurts from all the laughing. Pool balls were flying everywhere due to our “power” shots. The girls left early at 1am. Then left just us guys. So we went to some ulu part of woodlands where just opposite of us at a distance was Johor. We slacked there, talked, smoked (of course i didnt!) and reminisce. We then continued our journey to Al-Ameen 24 hour restaurant to eat. By that time, it was already 2am plus. Reach there and more talking. More reminiscent of funny, happy and sad moments. Our quarrelling moments. We were enjoying ourselves. At least i was. After our meals, me, Salleh, and RX overnighted at Haziq’s house since it was very late already.

Basically, that sums my whole Saturday from 5pm onwards. Now that i’m blogging about it, I realised how close our class is. The moments that we shared together, be it funny, happy and unpleasant. This is why i love my class very much. Around them, i can just be myself and be very comfortable with it. Thanks everyone for the time we shared. We should organise another chalet again. Lol. (such an emo moment….)

“ooh i’m so hot”..well, you’re HOT!”

November has finally ended. Here comes December. Basically, nothing changes for me. Except for the fact i’m going to step down soon from my position. Well, i hope that’s happening soon. Anyway, I just went for my secondary’s school band camp and we seniors were in charge of a sort of nightwalk called, The Haunted House. Basically, we set up like a spooky and haunted route in our school hall. The path starts from the entrance of the hall, then make their way up the stage, to the backstage, into the backstage toilet and exit from the backstage.

The first time i saw the route, i was also spooked by it. Imagine yourself walking backstage with no lights on and not knowing what to expect. You feeling like your balls are gonna drop anytime. I was stationed in the toilet with this my junior, who was dressed like a “pontianak” with her long hair covering her face. I was supposedly her victim and was told to hide behind the door. She was hiding in the cubicle.

So as students walked in to haunted path one by one, they were spooked out by the fake laughters and screeches of ghosts from my friend’s ringtones. Toilet doors slamming with screams. Some even cried so uncontrollably. I felt so bad. NOT! My station was the worst. Basically, we had them enter the toilet (which had no lights on) and hid under the sink. They were to read something aloud that was written on the mirror and when this was done, the reflection of the mirror would show the “pontianak” and i would scare them from below the sink. Well, some of them were not afraid by it though. One even scolded me vulgarities in hokkien. I was like WTF? This is not a hokkien ghost.

Some cried their hearts out in our station and one malay guy even recited prayers so loudly, i almost burst out into laughters while scaring them. “not that its that funny, their reaction to it was” While we were waiting for the next few band members, me and Christina (my junior) were dying of heat in the toilet and kept making small talks to make sure no one got abducted by “GHOSTS”. Haha. Anyway, that was a very experience though for me. (actually i was so scared of doing that!”
